I finally found the best split holy Its goated push pull skip, rest, upper lower, rest. Its just 4 working days with alot of rest between so you hit upper muscles twice a week with enough rest So you can go hard next time again + legs + abs once a week just few basic exercises... Fór push i do chest, triceps, arms. For pull back + biceps + forearm + neck
