Does push pull legs work?
I did push pull legs at the start and afterwards I modified the routine to my liking (im talking about the muscle groups I worked each day, not about the exercises each session) If I was u Id research about fatigue, hypertrophy and intensity and try to understand it, its way more effective than just trying to stick to a popular routine

Idk man that frequency is kinda low, ig it could work u just gonna need high intensity and a decent amount of volume
