I have a buccal fat removal in 3 days, what do you recommend next? The only worth surgery that comes to my mind is rhinoplasty

u dont need that

if u have proper bone structure and are lean u will have hollow cheeks

Rhino is dumb unless ur nose is actually abnormally deformed or something, as long as you have a somewhat normal nose, rhino does barely anything. If ur doing buccal removal you probably already have a strong bone structure and/or wide face, if not this is dumb and you should get implants instead. Other than that, measure your upper palatial width and get MSE if it's smaller than the average. This could widen your maxilla and make your upper third more forward grown. DO NOT do MSDO, unless an ortho specifically recommends it. Just fix occlusion of lower and upper if you do decide to get MSE.

Because if widening your mandible is your goal, implants are far more impactful, safe, and meant for this purpose. MSDO is a primarily FUNCTIONAL surgery meant to correct a serious manibular problem with things like breathing, blocked airway, etc. MSDO does NOT have much of a noticeable effect on your mandibular width (unless you had severe issues, not a simple balloon face) and is generally not worth the cost at all for simply aesthetic purposes.
