probs custom implants which you wait till your 20s, you dont have any obvious folios except from maybe looking younger then you are if your not like 16. you dont need implants especially if your tall you got a good high trust face already, best thing you can do to increase your SMV is probs work out, 300-400 cals surplus, proper diet and sleep to increase your frame
