Best HIIT routine on an assault treadmill?

Just wanna do more HIIT for debloating and only have a treadmill right now, best routine?

I recently started using the treadmill three times a week. My two workouts are running for 15 minutes and walking incline for 10 minutes as much as possible. In the third training, I first run for 5 minutes at the highest possible speed and after that I walk incline, all in a circle, and it lasts 45 minutes
