has anyone had midface implants in Australia or know of the best surgeons here? I have 40k to spend on surgerys and don't wanna get botched by some foreigner abroad

Meanwhile (about 2-3) foreigners abroad are the only chance at getting anyone with any real experience.... Not good reasoning.
