don't do wrapareound chin implants, orthognatic surgery is the only way to fix recessed facial bones.

Totallay agree, but orthognatic surgery won't fix mandible width, so he will still need a wraparound or jaw angle implants. Maybe the latter would be better since you often get a bloated look with a wraparound

jaw angle implants are legit to improve the width.
