Can’t usually do Bilateral Orbital Box Osteotomy at the same time as bimax.
There are skilled surgeons in Cambodia the instruction is in English or French by European professors don’t worry about that.

Widening won’t add any cost to the surgery since the BSSO is already using the Precision Protocol with Enhanced Custom Guides & Plates.

Yes but he doesn’t have a lot of experience with it or any amazing ascensions. That is why we are doing a custom bimax designed by me. With custom guides and custom plates the only place the jaws can go are exactly where they were planned in 3D.

None of the implants in those pictures move ur nasal bridge forward and ur ans forward in order to move out ur entire nose

Actually the brow implant does have a Nasal extension advancing Nasion by 3mm and he will get an augmentation rhinoplasty staged with a septal extension graft/collumellar strut graft 3 months after this.

Do the plates that affix the maxilla interfere with paranasal implants? Is posterior downgrafting necessary with the custom plates? Can the supraorbital implant be extended beyond the hairline in order to add height to the forehead? Does the supraorbital implant create the illusion of a wider forehead?

What’s best for aesthetics MSE or segmental leforts. Mse gives a puffy lower cheek look. And ruins the cheekbone looks, but wouldn’t a segmental lefort literally do the same thing. Or is it just over for narrow palate cels
