hill sprints,find a really steep hill, 5 sets of 10 steps, rest 5 minutes betweens sets

Hill sprints again but this time you run until failure up and down the hill, 2 sets, rest 5 minutes

Hyperextensions, 2 sets of 10, rest 5 minutes

Ive been doing this workout since I was 16 and Im pretty athletic
