Gonna say hair transplant cause someone already said peptides. Hair transplant is almost no risk if you are smart. On top of not being too expensive unless if you are really fucked up. Also not to mention you don't have to take some fuckass drug everyday to keep it, I think you only gotta go get a transplant again in the next 10 years after getting one or some shit.

imo there's not one best softmaxx, maybe getting lean but if you have cuck skull that can make you look worse. but for example, if you have bad acne, accutane + ghk-cu. if you're extremely pale, mt2. if you're balding, dutasteride + mesterolone + ghk-cu. basically get good health indicators + pharmacology
