Best looksmaxxing advice I can give to kids: DO NOT FUCKING BULK

And BTW DO NOT FUCKING bulk. Biggest mistake I made when I was a teenager was bulking. What I would do to be 10% bodyfat like when I was 15. Once you put on the weight it is hard as fuck to get it down. Just keep the same bodyfat and lift heavy weights.

IMAGINE trying to cut back to 10% bodyfat now from 16% at a 30 year old, old cel. I would have to SUFFER years of extreme hunger 22/24 hours a fucking day FOR YEARS for my body to adjust.

ONCE YOU PUT THE WEIGHT ON FROM BULKING YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK DOWN.

I was about to start tracking my calories and eating in a 300 surplus, im 15 too so ill guess ill take your advice

Thanks bro. When you get to 22 and 12% bodyfat, while all the other men are overweight /chubby fucks you will thank me.

My concern is in still in the 20s of bf% at a supposedly skinny weight, i assume its due to low testosterone and the fact i had a cut which made me lose muscle

Do you lift weights? Just lift heavy.

I have been for months but no progress, its either because im low T or im still in tanner 3
I don't know man. You may need to talk to a doctor or a coach. But getting fat probably won't help is my point.

bulking is one of the worst things oat

it’s literally proven it doesn’t increase muscle growth all you get is extra fat mass

This is true, I descended 2 PSL points when I bulked up to 93kg. I have now cut back to 75kg and am finally a LTN again
 
strength training =/= hypertrophy training

i genuinely have no clue because even in my gymcel era i knew dirty bulking wasn't going to add any extra muscle

Obese people are actually shorter than normal weight people. Adding weight likely does not make you taller anyways.

Otherwise beaners in Mexico and USA would be the tallest people in earth. Really, they are the shortest people in the west.

if you bulk with pure goyslop maybe
bulking with natural food focusing on tons of fat and sugar would make you taller cause its all about eating everything in sight
