And BTW DO NOT FUCKING bulk. Biggest mistake I made when I was a teenager was bulking. What I would do to be 10% bodyfat like when I was 15. Once you put on the weight it is hard as fuck to get it down. Just keep the same bodyfat and lift heavy weights.
IMAGINE trying to cut back to 10% bodyfat now from 16% at a 30 year old, old cel. I would have to SUFFER years of extreme hunger 22/24 hours a fucking day FOR YEARS for my body to adjust.
ONCE YOU PUT THE WEIGHT ON FROM BULKING YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK DOWN.
