carbs usually make me wanting to eat more, i prefer to snack nuts
yeah thats why i just snack 2 or 3 nuts at a time, never a whole packnuts are too calorie dense, swear for a handfull they are like 250 calories

Rice cakes are great, but adding on peanut butter powder such as PBfit can instantly make it so much better taste-wise, giving your body much more nutrients and protein, give your body some potassium, and is very low calorie (60cals per two tablespoons, but these two tablespoons are essentially the volume worth or 3-4 tablespoons due to the fact you reconstitute it with water or a liquid of your choice).rice cakes, Coolway ice cream, konjack noodles - only 2 I can think of. when i took coke this did in fact happen, i felt leaner. i will probably drink some energy drinks or coffee to nuke appetite, thank youcoffee is great to nuke your hunger

My go to snack/light meal is 2-3 rice cakes and 2-4 tablespoons of PBfit on top. in total, this adds up to at max only around 220 calories and it fills up your stomach a lot.
