I read The Mind Illuminated. When I was consistent, my mind was clear, and anxiety was at a minimum.

I meditate by jerking off with my eyes closed and not even fantasizing about anything. I just stare into the void while I touch myself.

The idea is just to practice mindfulness by observing your thoughts and just dropping them instead of letting them take over. When I practiced this religiously 24/7 and meditated every day, I was extremely present and able to focus on everything fully. It was almost like a type of drug when I really mastered it. But fuck, I'm finding it so hard to get back to that state. But you legit feel smarter as well. You become more aware of your ego and narcy thoughts that might be limiting you from life progress. You become more aware of everything. And there was a permanent change in regards to my ego. I still have narcy thoughts now but I can control them and use them in the right way. You learn to control your ego.
