What i want to do, but not sure if its the best method:
>exercise
> get rid of "bad" fats (trans fat like fried fast food, junk food or cakes etc) and take "good" fats (Omega 3 and Omega 6 for the fat burning effect)
>eat low carb and mostly eat complex carbs (beans, oats, potatoes) to maximize the fat-burning
>HIIT twice a week (2min walking + 30sec Sprint for 10-20min)
>eat 400 calories less
--> i have red about water fasting or the snake Method, but not sure if this is doable due to work etc. What do you guys think? I an around 18% bf i guess (double chin when looking down and belly fat when bending over) but im skinny
