Best Methods to lose bodyfat

What i want to do, but not sure if its the best method:

>exercise

> get rid of "bad" fats (trans fat like fried fast food, junk food or cakes etc) and take "good" fats (Omega 3 and Omega 6 for the fat burning effect)

>eat low carb and mostly eat complex carbs (beans, oats, potatoes) to maximize the fat-burning

>HIIT twice a week (2min walking + 30sec Sprint for 10-20min)

>eat 400 calories less

--> i have red about water fasting or the snake Method, but not sure if this is doable due to work etc. What do you guys think? I an around 18% bf i guess (double chin when looking down and belly fat when bending over) but im skinny

it seemse to have some dangerous side effects but i dont think there are any permanent side effects

mvp is cold exposure tbh. daily cold baths do sooo much more than sports for weightloss

it's some larp diet, there is no point in paying 100 dollars to some salt mixture while most people do only pure water fast. I did pure water one and for a good amount of days without any issues.

You’re paying 100 dollars just for the ingredients to put in your water? JFL.
You can get all the shit you need for weeks for only 15 dollars. You need the salt, potassium chloride and baking soda because it helps your body during the fast and makes it easier.

i agree on this tbh, to do it yourself but i'm too high inhibit to not doing it well, yes the creator of this so called diet sell it this high jfl

I took clen before

No permanent side effect

Only side effect is your heart will race x2/3, i think the half life is 24h so after 24h no side

U need to cycle it:
Day1/2: 40mcg
Day3/4: 60mcg
Day5/6: 80mcg
Day7-14: 100mcg

2weeks of then repeat

6Weeks cycle are good: 2on 2off 2on

Also go -1000cal under TDM only diet and add cardio

U will loose strenght but its norml

And dont do 24/24 low carb, u will feel like shit and it will lead to binge eating then eating disorder then yoyo effect

Carb cycling is good
3days Low carb, 3day moderate, 1day high
Low carb=0-20carb
Moderate=100-150carb
High carb=200-250carb

And also 180g protein is sweet spot for mainting muscle

yes definitively, just in 2 days i've lost 3kg, and overall, i've lost in less than a month - i couldn't do a whole month due to work/school -, i've lost near 12-13kg and feel way better because fasting makes you feel overall better. I mean hell, fasting not even for losing weight, just only to purify yourself is legit asf

Keto, hiit, 16/8 intermittent fasting, no sugar, only drink water

intense exercise 7 days a week
1k cal deficit

you should lose 5-10lb a week with this in a healthy clean way

- lift minimum 4 times a week
- cardio 2-3 times
- low carbs ( eat good carbs and only before and after workout )
- high proteins ( have proteins in the hour after lifting or any sports )
- Fasting ( Skip the breakfast it's the most easy )
- calorie deficit ( not too low, you have to get muscles )
- A lot of water
- Lot of sleep
- Take supplements

2Shredded pic + light fraud (pic 1 and 3) vs when i was fat (pic 2, it was 15%bf vs 8%, even the fat pic i was seeing abs)

Also pic of bodybuilder when he was 15% bf vs sub 10%, he gain more than 1.5 PSL.
If you look at his before he seemto have average bone structure, but when ur sub 10% this is when u know what ur true bone structure is.

Male model are skinny its why they face are pretty lean at 12-15% even thought u cant see their abs (for example if ur 180lbs 10% bf u will have more fat than a 150lbs male model with 15%bf, so the 15% bf mm will have better structure than you at 180lbs 10%bf)

i fast between 6 pm and 12 am, do HIIT for 20 minutes every time i'm at the gym (3 days a week) and i am losing fat super fast
