no, multivitamins are cope because the intention of them is to cover most dietary deficiencies in one pill. If you weren't eating only apples your whole life you don't need them.

it is a supplement literally in the word it is meant to supplement your already healthy diet and some shit cant be found in foods or there is very little of it like boron etc
