I train my neck and traps 3 times a week and it's made a big difference. People say I look a lot more built even though I haven't really increased in size everywhere else significantly. I get compliments daily and a lot of people state at me.

My routine:
5x10 Shrugs
3x20 Neck Curls
3x20 Neck Extensions

I increase the weight once I can. I focus on the mind muscle connection and feel the squeeze at the peak of the movement, especially the shrug. It's important to not go too heavy otherwise you'll be using momentum and not

Haha this is not my entire routine. This is just what I do on my off days. I do squat, bench, deadlift, ohp, row, chin up, tricep extension, lateral raises, curls too on my regular days
