BEST natural ascension methods?

I need to ascend. I'm ready to do some crazy shit. But I don't want to hardmaxx or do drugs to do it. I want to see how far I can naturally do this. What are the best ascension methods, both surface level and niche? Any tiny thing helps, even if it only boosts me by a fraction of a percent.

might have to be a slave to it but at that point filler is more worth it you can really only get so far with soft maxxes

minoxidil is too scary, chance of darkening skin and fucking up ur eye area if topical. id use a peptide based serum instead tbh.
