First off, if you’re recessed that has to be dealt with first, get Bimax with quadrangular LeFort 1 if possible, if not then just get Bimax. If your face is narrow use MSE and MSDO, Andrieschev can do both at the same time I’m pretty sure. If you’re boneless go to Yaremchuk or Eppley for wraparound jaw implant or whatever you lack, Yaremchuk’s results are more subtle and realistic and Eppley’s will turn you into a circus freak, take your pick. If you have shit eyes, eyebrowmax and visit Taban for consultation. For nose, most plastic surgeons do a rhinoplasty well but if your nose isn’t a big problem don’t bother as it won’t ascend you very hard, for long Philtrum get a lip lift. For norwooding use minoxidil and get a hair transplant/forehead reduction. Aim to be under 12% body fat.

MSE first is better cos bimax usually puts screws in to hold your maxilla in place so MSE wouldn’t expand it

I have a PCT but with a lot of sclera and dark circles and hoping FM can cure that tbh; I can slay like crazy if those get fixed. The Arab Taban quoted me for 20K and I much rather spend half that for something that’s much more natural and better for my health also (MSE/FM/MSDO)

I've heard that it helps a lot w/ the sceral show and dark circles (other users said it nuked theirs). Iirc, you were looking into eyelid fat grafting and eyelash growth so you'll still have to do those to get a top tier eye area.

MSE and MSDO are overrated as fuck.
First of all your face shouldn't be wide, then you have to measure the IWD ( > 42mm it's not worth it).

MSE couldn't open the suture of Maxilla (you can see it well after 1 mouth of expansion).
You wouldn't live all those months due of the iron in your mouth and diastema (that you will close with braces).

Big benefits for your breathing forse sure, but after that you should get a rhino.

If you are recessed you should get also zygos implants (MSE increase only width) and infra-orbital rim.

Obv you should to increase your mandible with MSDO, that increase only chin.
After MSDO you should increase your gonions with Side-Wing or Implants.

Definitly, doesn't really worth it in my opinion.
