I did look into rad140 a few months back but have been told by many that its dogshit and does nothing except fuck ur liver? Is it really effective?

and also you don't strictly need a test base for anavar, multiple studies show this, but i always recommend test anyway because anavar by itself just won't get you the results you're looking for, and kinda just a waste of time

But it usually doesnt end at "a little boost".
Rad will give you solid dry as fuck gains with some crazy vascularity

I dont really feel wholly comfortable designing a steroid cycle for a 16 year old.

For better or for worse the decision can significantly change your life forever

You can follow the doses and length I did.
If you run in to insomnia, mirtazipine is a good fix. Best of luck
