Best orthodontics route for recessed maxilla and mandible?

herbst for mandible, combine it with hgh if you wish to amplify the results, its what im attempting now
maxilla is done through RME, rapid maxillary expansion, using an expander, which widens the palate, in regards to forward growth, there is only headgear, of which likely has only decent benefits to young children

can i have both at the same time?

well yes, as the herbst would be a device inside your mouth whilst headgear would be external, however the real complication would be getting both from an orthodontist, justifying it as in some situations they will not provide it unless there is a functional justification
if you do get both, they have to be synchronised, one cannot interfere with the other as they both apply force in different ways, so this implies a singular orthodontist that would be responsible for providing both and managing your phased treatment plan, the two together of course would be expensive
