Youtube retrds always want to sell their shitty "special work out plan" and supplements for $100s@fag112 and @Dr Shekelberg had amazing nutrition guides. They were mostly carnitard diets but honestly these diets mog hard and they make you feel like a high T mogger.
Gymcel idk, YouTube tbh.... Gymcelling is pretty easy.
PE idk, not lildick gang so can't relate tbhngl
is there a way to only gain girth?PE search JP90 routine and start with that
i'm skinny fat at 140lbs 5'10 rn. should i go anorexic again before starting to build muscle? or work my way up from where i am and cut later?GYM just search for a beginner workout split, but my advice would be to get a personal trainer if it's the first time so he can check your form, otherwise push pull leg split is fine
NUTRITION if you want to cut 200 calories from your maintenace, after 2 months cut another 100 more until you get to sub 10% bf. Make sure you eat enough protein. If you want also micronutrients try to eat lots of veggies, limit fruit because of high calories and multivitamin

appreciate it. that's from @Kingkellz SMV guide, do you think that plan is good for a beginner? i've heard others say that compound exercises are way more efficient to build a good muscle base in the beginning1. Yes just skip the stretches and focus on jelqing and v jeqls(best for girth), you might want to look up clamping but it's a more advanced technique, so maybe do a couple of month of JP90 and see if you get gains and move to other techniques
2. Try to eat in maintenance/light surplus 100-200 calories, eat around 0.8g of protein per pound of bw, so around 112g protein a day, you should probably recomp and put some good muscle, wait until you get around 155 -160lbs then start cutting.

i get where you’re coming from, but why would i spent ages figuring shit out myself when others already figured out the most optimal waysPE:
do basic streches and water pump, one day on one day off
gymcel:
if you have easy access to a gym do literally any beginner routine and be CONSISTENT until you learn more and can design your own routine.
if you dont have access to a gym do calisthenics and find a hobby that involves full body high intensity exercise and do that shit frequently
diet:
strict carnivore>less strict carnivore>>>>>>>not eating anything with an ingredients list
