Best pec workouts

I need some good pec workouts since I have Pectus excavatum

They need to be easily accessible, The only sort of equipment I have is some weights a flat wooden bench.
 
incline and flat dumbbel press
 
Do 2 sets to failure of incline press first and then flat press and add as much weight as u can to do 5 reps and when u reach 8 higher up the weight
 
Injected testosterone and tren

You should get surgery if it's too noticeable, if not, believe me girls don't care about the lower chest, only gymcels or bodybuilders need perfect genetics of chest for their competitions, focus on upper chest with incline bench press and what works for me is also pullovers, but they train lats too so depends on you
 
Unironically push ups are the best chest builders. I did incline and flat bench a bunch but my growth was shit despite getting stronger. I didn't get big chest until I started doing 200-300 push ups every other day. When you work up to do 50-60 push ups per set with good form without much effort you'll have a good chest.
