Best peptides to take for muscle growth?

I’ve finally stopped coping and decided to start pinning. My main focus right now is getting a great physique. I don’t want to do classic steroids or test because of the side effects so my best option is peptides. I’m currently looking at cjc 1295 dac, but from what I’ve seen it doesn’t seem like it would have that great of a benefit for hypertrophy. What do you think? Should I try that or some other peptide?

If your main goal is pure hypertrophy, you need to understand that most peptides are not even close to the anabolic potential of actual AAS or exogenous GH. They can support recovery, sleep, fat loss, and overall training quality — but they are not “mini steroids.”

1. CJC-1295 DAC —

CJC-DAC gives you a prolonged elevation of GH/IGF-1, but the magnitude is relatively modest unless combined with a GHRP.

It improves:
  • sleep architecture
  • recovery between sessions
  • joint/tendon healing
  • slight fat loss
  • mild increase in lean mass over time
But in terms of hypertrophy it’s nowhere near test or even GH.

2. If you want hypertrophy, the real synergy is:

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP / Ipamorelin

GH physiology is pulsatile. You want acute GH spikes, not a flat-line elevation.
The best combos for physique goals:

CJC no-DAC + Ipamorelin
— clean GH pulse, no prolactin, no cortisol
— best for recomp, recovery, injury prevention

CJC no-DAC + GHRP-2
— strongest GH pulse, but appetite and prolactin might increase

CJC no-DAC + GHRP-6
— massive appetite (good for bulking), strong GH pulse

These actually have noticeable effects if your training and diet are on point.

3. Peptides that actually help physique noticeably:

BPC-157 + TB-500 stack, actually not for muscle growth, but for:
  • connective tissue healing
  • joint restoration
  • ability to train harder/more frequently
This indirectly improves hypertrophy.

IGF-1 LR3 / DES (high risk)
These are the closest to “actual anabolic signaling,” but the risks are much higher:
  • uncontrolled systemic growth
  • hypoglycemia
  • organ stress
  • cell proliferation
    Unless you really know what you’re doing, avoid LR3.
Fragment 176-191
Not a hypertrophy peptide, but very good for fat loss, enhances the look.

So in conclusion:
Tier 1: The “safe/effective” stack = CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin. This is the cleanest, lowest-risk GH-secretagogue combo.

Tier 2: Add-on for recovery = BPC-157 + TB-500. if you’re dealing with injuries or bad recovery.

Tier 3: Ultra-advanced - IGF-1 DES pre-training (localized hypertrophy), but only if you’re very experienced and know the risks.

In addition, if your primary goal is physique - DAC is not worth it. It’s convenient (weekly shots), but physiologically suboptimal. CJC-no-DAC + Ipamorelin outperforms it every time for:
  • hypertrophy
  • fat loss
  • sleep
  • GH pulses
  • safety
DO NOT expect steroid like transformation from peptides. There is a reason to why they have different names. Wish you all good and good luck
