hey there. wondering how i can improve my height while my growth plates are still open.
current stats:
16 years, 1 month
6'0
tanner stage 4-5
height growth history:
11 - 5'1
12 - 5'5
13 - 5'8
14 - 5'10
15 - 5'11
16 - 6'0
given my parents' heights, my predicted final adult height was 5'10. (5'8 - 6'0.)
genetically, this means i've already had as much height growth as i could reasonably ask for. adjacently, given my rate of growth is exponentially slowing down, it's safe to say i don't have that many inches left in the tank.
should i take hgh with aromatase inhibitors? where and how should i buy? dosing? timing? help!
should i cope with useless maasai jumps and sprinting?
i'd kill to be at least 6'2, and i'm not confident i can reach this goal naturally. any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
worst case scenario, i can spend $100k+ and get LL surgery to add inches to my height. (i know.)
i'm not well researched on the topic at all, but optimally it seems like adding 2-3 inches in my femur is the way to go. Is this untrue? my femurs and tibias are proportional, so i don't want to fuck up the ratio. should i hypothetically lengthen my tibias as well? if anyone has experience or extensive knowledge on LL surgery, i'd be very grateful for your input.
any and all forms of advice are welcome. thanks in advance!
