No. I work all the time and a little gym and come here once a month. But nothing gives you more confidence than knowing that you would beat someone at a fight. It's human nature. If you don't see people as threats then there is nothing to fear (unless guns or jumped by many)

That too. Being in a combat situation in general lowers inhib. Once you get used to it you become calmer and less emotional.

Doesn't work, I used to train kickboxing (top 10 out of 50 people) and I still couldn't get rid of anxiety, beating people does not help

Propranolol is smth for blood tension and other stuff.
I guess it will change nothing. Maybe cabergoline will help a bit. Basically it lowers "affection" to someone and can help you cum 1000 times in a row without prolactin spikes

Where does your anxiety come from? If it's not insecurity of your own weakness then it must be something else.


Fear of rejection? Fear if not being accepted by your peers? Fear if failure? Fear of betrayal? Identify what your fear is.
