If you’re only 15 and haven’t stopped growing I would HGH max while you still can. As for the surgery, I’m looking into this as well. American surgeons charge a fuckton for LL so I’m researching surgeons in Greece and Turkey. I have heard Turkey and India are where you go to get paralyzed but I cannot verify this.

I would say turkey in terms of price/safety, you could get it for like 15-20k (without counting hotel expenses) with an experience doctor, the surgery in itself is not a complicated one and it's quite simple so no need for a top of the line surgeon, just one with experience and good results
