-Sleep for long enough that you dont immedlity go back to sleep but you will eventually get tired because you didnt sleep enough
then later in the day take a 30 minute or so nap, if your actually tied you should fall asleep pretty quickly, you will dream and since in naps you hit rem sleep much quicker you should probably still be thinknig in your head to check if your dreaming.
