There’s one delivery service for it but how long can it last ?
It won't last a long time as is, but you can make dairy products and they should have the same nutrition, if not better since it won't have as much lactose. Skim the cream (if it isn't homogenised) and use it as is or churn it into butter (if you whip it long enough it will become butter, anyone who has made whipped cream with high enough fat% cream knows this). You can probably get free kefir grains on some FB exchange type place or buy them and make kefir. That will extend the shelf life. Alternatively make fresh cheese. It's very simple. Every peasant used to do this because milk would go to shit and this way it would last a bit longer + you have more variety. All of these methods don't take much time or effort.
