Doing reverse flies, idk if there are any better ones.

Sets/reps?
 
just do some form of row, isolating the shoulder itself doesn't work very well because it just stresses the rotator cuff, the shoulder joint isn't actually that strong and prone to issues.

if you absolutely want to isolate them you can do bend over flyes but teven those train more than the rear delt.

facepull 3x12 beyond failure or single arm rear delt fly machine 3x12 beyond failure
