im like 6'4 150 22% bf, what are the best compounds to recomp? thinking hgh like 4ius daily and 5mg reta weekly but should I change anything? ideally id be somewhat lean by November

okay thankyou, I dont feel like taking tren so ill js stick to cutting. and yeah I was like 330 or smth and when I started I didn't know abt the glps so I didn't get non of the muscle sparing of reta so im kinda cooked rn, atleast I got luckyish to not have any extra skin tho ig6'4 150 @ 22% is crazy work.
Just cut till your at a decent point and lean bulk from there IMO.
For cutting - Reta, DNP, Cagrilintide
For bulking with least fat gain - Test + GH + (reta)
Recomp the non cope way - Tren

Extra skin doesn’t depend on the rate of loss. Any muscle you lost will be regained quickly once you start eating normally again.
