I started a jewish SSRI.

has done wonders for my depression, avoidant anxiety, etc. they are available on bgpharma also

feel like they get too bad of a rep on here. prozac (what i started) promotes nuerogenesis as well

I hope you are doing well man , its a phase that will hopefully pass , as for the depression i dont know how to quite cope w that , i would just try and do shit that makes you feel happy
