I'm hitting the gym daily but for some reason I feel my gains are going absolutely fucking nowhere. Do I just cope with just being a gymcel until my gains start pulling thru or am I just not eating enough? I eat everything except red meats and pork.

I've been lifting consistently for over 2 months and my ribs are still obvious...

lean meats, carbs are the most important macro tbh. you need to keep your fats lower tho on a high carb diet and I would recommend looking into carb cycling

What's the reasoning? It's all swings and ladders. I'm assuming that the OP hasn't got tons of surplus funds for an ultra nutrient dense diet.
wouldnt eggs be better

also idk the reasoning for tin fish being better but my gut just tells me it isnt too good for you

raw milk, raw meat and spam masai jumps

true but what about eggs like i said
Eggs ain't flesh brother. Did you not see my very first response was linking the BOTB post on nutritious foods for cheap (which lists eggs at the top)? But then the fella started asking about foods high in protein akin to red meat and pork. Really only white meats like Chicken and Turkey or fish after that.

eat at maintenance, get at least 0.7g of protein per lbs of bodyweight. get 40-50g of fat a day. max your micros. fill anything else with carbs.

anything else is mostly about how good your training is

most people train completely wrong.

from carbs
carbs are not the enemy
if you are a gymcel and want muscle then carbs are not the enemy
you can rely on fat but carbs is better plus it takes a while to have your body naturally transition to using fats as an energy sourcew

because some carbs bloat (processed carbs)
there are simple and complex carbs, and processed carbs (which most likely bloat)
in general carbs bloat but you should avoid processed carbs like white bread, pastries, sodas, chips stuff like that
good carbs are things like rice or rice cakes, bananas, honey, potatoes, oats, potentially buckwheat.
but also transitioning to fats as an energy source is something i dont know much about, i remember there is a guide by "prettyboy" on botb (i dont think hes active anymore) and he talks about it
