Best skincare routine for quick results?

I’ve pretty much noticed that my worst flaws (that I can softmaxx rn) are my skin. There’s no acne or anything (at all), but my coloring is pretty shit and my skin isn’t smooth. I have really bad rosey cheeks but I think I’ve fixed that
