A morph looking guy is generally 7.5 PSL. Hexum, prime Salludon, Isaac Moreno, Drago.

Improving ratios to make them believe able.
This guy in this candid quite literally does not even look real

If somebody posted this as a morph, they'd say to make it more believable.
