Just wondering best stack for fat loss
week 2 of reta at 3mgs eating 1400 cals a day hitting bareminimum 160 g protein currently around 200 goal body weight is 175 or lower to hit a 10-12% bodyfat

Cagrilintide is good to add with reta, but reta 3mg should be more than enough. DNP and Clen and stuff like that would be overkill for you.​


Why do you think you need more than reta?

I seen your comment, but yeah dude trust me you'll be fine, keep it up with what you're doing at your cal defict + reta + working out you'll be good in a couple weeks. Just give it time of course

What exactly are your goals? To lean out completely or build muscle after?

lean out completly before bp i workedout all the time just couldnt stay consistent with the diet seeing little results and got it down but now its easy with reta but defnitley have decent muscle mass underneath

Not well educated on clen, but my question is, why not try testosterone? Its cheap, promotes lots of muscle growth, especially with good genetics, and just lots of more benefits. It can be medically perscribed and all you really have to do is watch your blood work to stay safe and using your bloods you can determine how to lessen side effects if you even get them.

Thing js about test when i come off would have to do pct nd tbh havent looked into it as much but willing to try it ngl i just wanted to see what stack i need to do if i need to promote bonegrowth etc once i lean out and see what main issues are to target them if yk wha i mean and im 17 so dk how to get bloodwork etc

Understandable. Blood work can be done easily but it does get a little expensive. Just look up "Labcorp near me", but you have to be 18 to get it done by yourself if youre in the US. I'd say just wait until you are 18 and by then your reta should have you leaned out and then its best to look into!

12-16 weeks then pct enclomaphine use hcg throughout or cruise at 75 after instead or smth

do research off this forum.. more plates more dates, TNF Fitness for gym ect
MesoRX, Steroid source talk are also good options for body building forums, GLP-1 forum is good for peps and reta and shit

nah fs got my reta supplier on lock coas all of that grey market getting 100 mg for around 80 bucks plus shipping

Again I dont have much research on it but I personally have never heard of it and don't know sides or long term effects, personally I would only ever do testosterone since its the most researched AAS.

I meant those are good forums to talk about that stuff more on because they are bodybuilding forums so theres more experienced people with roids, and peptides.

well im at 1400-1600 cals a day and nust did .8 times bodyseight for protein shootingnfor around 165-180 daily

itll just take time dont stress and keep getting leaner and stronger

softmaxx for the time u do it

teeth whiter, hair better, colouring, eyelashes, clothes ect
