Just because it has randomly scattered vitamins doesn't mean that it has the good parts or that its good for your skin

The majority of chemical sunscreens you can buy at Walmart or the drugstore will do this. They can make you look “glowy” because they leave a sheen on your skin. It only has this effect if your skin is perfectly smooth and clear, though. I only use matte mineral sunscreen, because I still have some pimples and hyperpigmentation so my skin looks greasy and oily instead of glowing. Honestly just buy a European/asian sunscreen that absorbs and doesn’t clearly sit on top of your face all day.

Vitamin C, tretinoin, niacinamide, and salicylic acid is quite a lot. Some people might be able to use that depending on your skins sensitivity and level of adjustment to those ingredients. For most people it’s way too much. If you’re using Tret 0.1%, adding even 1 or two more actives can be pushing it unless you’ve been on Tret for years.
