Hello I am from the UK and suffer a lot with social anxiety and have been this way for many years I am able to mask in situations when I have to yet I feels draining and so unnatural for me whenever I do it. any mushroom with psilocybin will do but penis envy is my personal favorite strain and its about twice as potent as most other strains

Im not from the uk so idk any dealers but you could try darkweb marketplaces i just get mine from a local plug

several species of psilocybin mushrooms grow naturally in the uk though especially liberty caps so you could forage for them if you want too

heres what liberty caps look like just make sure your 100% sure of the species before eating them and chatgpt it if you need to
