Jaw asymmetry can have numerous of causes.
some are caused by bone others are caused by muscle.
also going for perfection in a surgery that sews through your bone and reattaches it via drilling screws in your head is unrealistic. You better lose that idea.
Also soft tissue changes are hard to predict in a jaw surgery.
Besides that every human has asymmetrys to some point
What is your budget? Alfaro and Ramieri are among the best in the world but they cost around 20K euros for a bimax. Will be cheaper if its lower jaw only though.
I can’t say shit without pics.I dont know if it s hemimandibular hyperplasia/elongation/ microsomia but on one side I have no jaw and my chin is pointing to this side
It is not soft tissue regarding at my ct scan, but it makes my lips asymmetrical too. In a few years I'm sure I will look like a clown if I do nothing now
I want infraorbital implants in the same time, 20k is okay for me if I can have them for not much more
From what I have heard, Alfaro and Ramieri are both world class. Do you think its worth it to pay more money to get it done by Alfaro?I can’t say shit without pics.
Then Alfaro is way out of your budget.
ramieri will be tough as well. He charges 15k for orthognatic surgery. That doesn’t include the 3 week Hotel n shit you need, since you need to stay in Italy for that time. Keep in mind you will most likely need braces as well. Where I live that’s roughly additional 10 grand.
Yes. But it’s a lot of more money. If I had the money I would pay it. Alfaro is insane. Ramieri is blackpilled so he is a much better surgeon than the normal maxfacs but Alfaro is just insanely good ontopFrom what I have heard, Alfaro and Ramieri are both world class. Do you think I need braces absolutely to correct it?
I dont really like big chin projection so Alfaro is not really a choice for me
I dont know do you?Do I look like a fckin surgeon ?

Jaw surgery almost always comes with bracesI dont know do you?![]()
Is Ramieri good with implants tho? I want big posterior lateral projection tooAh and yes. Alfaro is heavy on the chin. He appeals to the us beauty standard. Ramieri cares much more for harmony.
I personally would chose alfaro since the chin heavy results he produces look chad af
