So far I've heard he does alot implants and fat grafting. Just how good is he? And is he better than every other surgeon right now?

I'm likely going to go with him for infra & zygo implants. Take that as you will, his results are very impressive

Yes, but I'm focused on results, for implants in my infras & zygos they're more important, and I'm fine with paying a price like that, especially for the results I've seen.

Mirin tbh, but I still think it's possible that there can be way cheaper and better results in turkey, must research.

It will likely be years before I go through with it, but I am going to prioritize that over my nose & chin (which are both pretty shit)

Dr. Eppley is very good. He’s the best surgeon when it comes to facial implants. I don’t know about fat grafting, because I don’t think it’s a procedure worthy to have it.

Well I have upper eyelid exposure so it's necessary to get better 'Hunter' eyes. However, I also heard in relation to infraorbital implants, that fat grafting could be better

If you have upper eyelid exposure, then you should get hyaluronic acid, it lasts for years. Check this dermatologist’s Instagram profile below. Where did you hear that fat grafting is better than infraorbital implants? Fat grafting is unpredictable, it’s impossible how much fat your body will absorb.
