Long hair suits you but not the long hair you have right now, manage it & try to get some sort of a middlepart
Shave your pube-stache

Do all this, then come back here and re-post yourself for surgical advice.
Dyeing your hair dark brown will give you some great contrast along with darker and fuller eyebrows

im assuming u want cheekbone filler to fix ur angularity (which is a failo of urs), but just get leaner then see what you can do, u might be able to get hollows, not 100% sure

also no reason for u to get rhino ur nose is fine.
