what are the best surgeries for permanently removing smile lines. most effective. at the moment im leaning toward fat grafting. what do you guys think?

why not fat grafting? its permanent. is it not that effective for nasal folds?

fat grafting smile lines/naso folds makes you more bloated, midface lift makes you leaner
