Best surgery to increase PFL only?

I just cant find any white person lateral cantho results its all asian people making it smaller ffs.

I just want to increase PFL by a few mm, as I have a plan for widening my FWHR which means that I need my zygomatic width to eye width ratio to be proper.

I am also getting fat grafted to my temples.

ChatGPT is saying stupid shit to me, 1 sec it says lateral canthopexy can increase it other sec it says no.

Which is the best procedure for this? My tilt is decent so idgaf about that literally just want more lateral width. Pls also send a pic.

I cba to calculate it on some jester app. Its fine though, but needs to be wider as I want to make enhancements that widen the rest of my face, and eye width needs to follow as the entire face literally hinges on the eyes.
