Best topical Cream for red nose/ rosacea?

I have heard that tret cream helps, i have rosacea around my nose and on my labial commisure. is there something that works better that tret?

Ivermectin cream. I have it prescribed to me and I think it's helped my rosacea. Brand is Soolantra
