lol this thread went sideways fast. tpe is heavy. the realism is the main draw for some but it's a different tier of product. the actual question of "best" depends entirely on what u want out of it tbh. like, for pure aesthetics or for... other uses.

Tpe is significantly more smooth and soft than silicone and heats up with friction

It can't be made to look detailed like silicone dolls but it's good enough and feels actually real unlike silicone

There are soft and ultra realistic silicone dolls but they still don't compare to tpe and it looks more fake imo compared to a high quality tpe doll due to tpe looking more like human skin and feeling as such

Also silicone dolls are too expensive
