Just start at 0.1. Put a layer of moisturizer underneath for the first week or 2 and you’re good.

its not always about skin.when i was around 16 17 ppl thought i was early 20s bc of facial hair,height frame etc. yet skin was jb tier. so dont get too hang up on it

It's just more harsh and potent. Better at getting rid of wrinkles but not ideal for treating acne because it'll make your skin very dry and flaky. Taz is more like topical Accutane. Gets worse before it gets better. It's a gen1 retinoid. I'd always use Adapalene unless I need to use the tazorac for something specific.
