Depends on your age, face, complexion, and what demographic of girls you are targeting.

If you are 20 then yeah you can get away with lean pretty boy. And if you are targeting girls 20 and under then yeah pretty boy leanmaxx. But you're gonna need to start bulking in your early 20s and get to at least a BMI in the mid 20s (ex 6'0 - 175lbs) whilst staying lean.

Having a good fizeek becomes more important over time, I think it starts to matter more in your mid 20s and a super fit successful guy in his late 20s/early 30s can start competing with the Chads who didn't put in work - but only for girls in their mid to late 20s.

If you want the hot young girls (we all do) you gotta be Chad, or Chadlite with serious social skills, or maybe a HTN with everything going for you.

I had a friend who was a HTN in college he was 5'10, slightly above average Face, had some muscle, lean..etc but he had mad social skills and apparently he was really good in bed. He got as many girls as the Chadlites and some Chads
