Should Indians seek to get a red undertone by eating lycopene pills? If you see this African tribesman, he primarily has a bright red undertone to compliment his dark skin.

There are 3 kinds of undertones changers:-

1.astaxanthin.
2.beta carotene
3.lycopene

Can anyone tell what's the difference?

The golden tan skin is golden tan+yellow undertones or golden tan+red undertones?

yellow undertone looks bad on ethnics without light eyes. but yes its possible, just prefer having more red undertones than yellow if not light eyes. never abuse on beta carotene, but overdo lycopene as much as you want. get sun and don't do retin a as an ethnic, its a cope to tell u to be whiter passing. ethnic do better when dark bulls

Alright,so the way to achieve golden tan for ethnics is tanning+red undertones?

Will tanning give the desired results of golden skin?

I have read guides about golden tanned skin here and all seem to say the same "take beta carotene" is there any truth to this?

Genetics plus climate. These people are from a state called Rajasthan and it's a desert state with a different climate so that influences their undertones
