Without doing meth, what is a good way to return to the dopamine i had when i was a kid, i miss it so much when everything was worth living for. My favorite activity right now is ldaring and sleeping

you've desensitized your dopamine receptors. only way to fix that is by limiting your dopamine sources. thats means cutting out masturbation, almost any entertainment, forums, mindless shit on your phone, video games, drugs, music. After a week or two of completely cutting these things out you'll help your receptor sensitivity. then start to introduce meaningful sources of dopamine. when dopamine is hard to come by, you enjoy it much much more.

This is all because of disgusting high iq, people in my country are bellow 100 iq and have a very happy life. The only thing i wish is to have been born with blissful 90iq, it's the optimal range for a healthy life

Bad, because my mind became very petty and obsessed about small thngs/details, because my mind can't handle that little stimulus.
It is true, that it was easier then to enjoy the small\e things like it's something big. Also feelings wise. A flower, the wind, the famer animals, light, etc..; could give a good feeling. While in normal daily life, it does shit.

when you have dopamine at every turn, you get oversaturated and desensitized receptors. dopamine is dopamine in the end and if you choose not to limit it to meaningful sources you will get way too much for your own good. what you think is enjoyable is only enjoyable because you are so used to the dopamine spike and you suck out every morsel of dopamine you can from them. and that's not to stay they are fine in moderation but if you start from a place of oversaturation (everyone in this forum, anyone who is depressed) then cutting them completely is the best route to recovery. The goal isn't to boost dopamine, if you read my post im trying to help him get that sensitivity back so small things result in a stronger dopamine reaction.
