Best way to expand the lower jaw?

My lower jaw is quite narrow and my canines are tipped outwards because there's not enough space, are there any legit ways of fixing the lower jaw by expanding it? I'm 20 so my options are limited i guess.

was just about to ask if MSDO would be a viable option. i'm most likely gonna need to pair it with MSE otherwise the bite will be off if only the lower jaw gets expanded

Yes its good option for functional and also aesthetic , MSE = wider zygo and cheekbone, MSDO=more square chin and wider jaw

I have a weak chin and as far as an overbite goes i'm honestly not 100% sure, it's hard to tell but i believe i have a very slight overbite. My dentist did a bite test and apparently my bite was fine but that was at least 5 years ago while my jaws were still growing so it's definitely possible that i've developed an overbite since then. Below is a collage of pics of my lips position and teeth from different angles, imo it looks like i've a slight overbite in the 2nd pic.

OP doesn't look like he has maxiliary recession though, or am I wrong?

This kinda sucks as I'm in the same position and even one of the best surgeons in my area doesn't want to perform double jaw surgery on me. I feel like there's lack of fully blackpilled docs.

To my eye he has a little recession of the upper jaw and compensations at the front teeth, probably compensations to a congenitally small lower jaw / tongue.

So what would be the best way of fixing my issues and achieving an optimal level of growth (or at least get close to it)? In my case I need to widen the jaws and push them forward as well. So i guess something like MSE + MSDO and double jaw surgery afterwards. Any other options for widening the jaw (that's my main goal tbh)?

I’m afraid I don’t know, I don’t have enough information. Besides, I can only recommend plans I would be in charge of doing.

Dr. Andreishchev and Dr. Sailer are imo the most blackpilled docs in Europe, both have their pros and cons tho.
