i dont tbh i just wanna know if he actually went to coceaniig or if its just implants

also my upper maxilla is giga fucked and dont get me wrong i plan to get surgery but might as well try everything while im waiting even if it is just cope

what about upper maxilla? Thats the most fucked part about me. destroys what should have be a chad eye area based on pfl, downturned medial canthus, and upper eye lid hooding

but my incel uppper maxilla fucks it up cuz its so recessed so i have no undereye support and hence NCT tear troughs and scleral show

That pic is from insta with a lot of fake content and transformations made for scamming people for money for “secret techniques”. In the case with that guy the “transformation” in appearance is due to changing the angle of the pic from left to right. Look at his ears compared to eyes level in 1, 2 and 3 pic, he gradually tilted head/camera to fraud, the lower an angle the more it looks like the midface is “getting shorter” compared to the lower half of the face due to the camera being closer to the lower part of the face compared to upper

sure but that difference is too large to happen due to solely lens distortion

he has to have gotten surgery at the very least
